• Pricing: from £4.99/month to £49.99/year (individuals)
• Delivered instantly upon payment and subject to active subscription

2.2 Elite Career Packages

• Premium, mentor-led programs to support global professionals transitioning to the UK workforce
• Services include customised learning paths, portfolio projects, SponsorFinder™, interview practice, and London-based immersion experiences
• Packages range from £16,999 to £49,999, with fixed durations (3–12 months)

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use AI tools
• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Elite Career Packages
• By registering, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

4. Account & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is detected

5. Payments & Billing

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to VAT where applicable
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Elite Career Packages require upfront payment or an agreed instalment plan

No refunds will be issued once services have commenced, except as required by law (see Section 7).

6. Cancellation & Termination

6.1 Subscriptions

• You may cancel anytime via your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle; no partial refunds

6.2 Elite Career Packages

• Due to the bespoke and resource-intensive nature of the programs, cancellations are not generally permitted once the program has started
• Exceptions may apply under UK consumer law (see Section 7)

6.3 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activities

7. Consumer Rights & Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you may have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.

• Subscriptions: Refund available if you have not accessed the service during this period
• Elite Career Packages: Due to their personalised nature, once services (e.g., mentor sessions, portfolio reviews) have started, you waive the right to cancel under the cooling-off period

This does not affect your statutory rights.

You agree not to:

• Misuse AI tools for unlawful or harmful purposes (e.g., hate speech, misinformation, fraud)
• Share, resell, or transfer your subscription to others
• Infringe intellectual property rights of us or third parties
• Attempt to bypass security, licensing, or payment mechanisms

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

• All software, content, and materials provided through dho.ai are owned by DarkHorseOne® Limited or its licensors
• You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal or business purposes, in accordance with these Terms
• You retain ownership of your original content created using our AI tools, subject to third-party rights

By using our Services, you consent to such processing and confirm that all information you provide is accurate.

11. Liability & Disclaimers

• Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except as required by law
• For paid services, our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
